Spicy Lamburgers

1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 buns, white, wheat or sourdough
guacamole, optional topping
alfalfa sprouts, optional topping
horseradish sauce, optional topping




Combine lamb, garlic powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, chili sauce, and mustard; mix well. Shape into 4 equal patties. Grill over moderate coals for 5 - 7 minutes; turn and grill 5 - 7 minutes longer or until burger is cooked to a medium doneness and is no longer pink in the center.
