Back-Packer's Lamb Sandwich

6-12 thin slices lamb, cooked
1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened low-fat or no-fat
1/3 cup sweet pickles, diced
2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
6 onion rolls




Place cream cheese, sweet pickles, horseradish, pickle juice and garlic salt in mixing bowl; whip together until combined and fluffy. Split onion rolls.

Spreadeach roll half liberally with the cream cheese mixture. Place one or two slices of lamb on six roll halves; top lamb with remaining rolls.

Serve with lettuce and tomato slices. To make ahead, wrap in foil and freeze or chill until ready to use.
