Turkey, Ham and Corn Casserole

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
3 tablespoons margarine
1 can (15 ounces) creamed corn
2 cups skim milk
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups turkey ham, 1/2 inch cubes
2 cups Instant Mashed Potato Flakes or Buds
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons green onion, (tops) sliced




In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, saute peppers and onions in margarine 4 to 5 minutes or until tender.

Stir in corn, milk and pepper; bring to boil and remove from heat. Fold in turkey ham and potato flakes. Pour into 9-inch square casserole dish lightly coated with vegetable cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese and onion tops.

Bake at 375 degrees F. 25 minutes or until bubbly.
