3 cups Arugula Greens
3/4 cup fresh blackberries
2 ounces Dubliner cheese (or hard hard salty cheese)
1/4 cup Crown Maple Candied walnuts, Chopped
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup Crown Maple Balsamic vinaigrette
For Maple Balsamic Dressing:
1/4 cup Crown Maple Dark Color and Robust Taste syrup
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt & pepper, to taste

Layer arugula greens with fresh blackberries, salty cheese, Crown Maple-candied walnuts, chopped red onions and cherry tomatoes.

Top with freshly chopped or chiffonade basil.

Prepare Maple Balsamic Dressing by combing balsamic vinegar, Crown Maple Dark Color and Robust Taste Syrup, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a blender. Pulse until combined. With the motor running, slowly add vegetable oil in a steady stream.

Top salad with dressing and serve.
