1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder, or to taste
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 teaspoon grated lime zest
Salt and freshly ground pepper

In a small saucepan, stir together the ketchup, orange juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, garlic, and citrus zests. Season to taste with salt and pepper and more chili powder, if needed. Cook for about 10 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve hot.

If not using right away, let the sauce cool and then cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Heat gently before using.
