Breakfast Egg Spread
Pair this creamy, hard-cooked egg spread with toasted slices of baguettes for a crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer.

6 large eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
1/4 cup refrigerated ranch dip
2 tablespoons minced green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons chopped, fully-cooked bacon
Whole grain baguette slices or bagels, toasted




In the bowl of a food processor fitted with the metal blade, pulse the eggs, ranch dip, green onion, salt and pepper until finely chopped.

Spoon into a serving bowl and top with the bacon.

Serve with toasted bagels or baguette slices.
