Honey-Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Honey-mustard is a classic flavor combo that works beautifully with pork. Serve with rice or roast potatoes and steamed green beans for a perfect meal.

4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
One 1 pound pork tenderloin




Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

In a small bowl, combine the honey, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Coat the pork tenderloin with the mixture.

Put the tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for 20 to 27 minutes, basting occasionally with the pan drippings, until a meat thermometer registers 145° F. Let the tenderloin rest for about 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
