1 package (1 pound) fusilli, rotini or elbow pasta, cooked according to package directions (about 8 cups)
1 jar (15.5 ounces) Pace® Mexican Four Cheese Salsa con Queso
1 can (about 14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
4 green onion, sliced (about 1/2 cup)
1 cup crushed tortilla chips

Place the cooked pasta in a 6-quart saucepot. Stir in the salsa con queso, tomatoes and green onions. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the pasta mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
Top with the tortilla chips before serving.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
