Slow Cooked Sweet & Spicy Baby Back Ribs
Get out your slow cooker to make these fall-off-the-bone ribs, bathed in a sauce of peach preserves and picante sauce with soy sauce and a hint of ginger...you just know these are going to be good!

3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup peach preserves
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
4 pounds pork baby back ribs, cut into serving-sized pieces




Stir the picante sauce, preserves, soy sauce and ginger in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add the ribs and turn to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the ribs are fork-tender.
Time-Saving: The recipe may also be cooked on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
