1 1/2 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Swanson® Chicken Stock or 2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (about 28 ounces) diced tomatoes
2 large potato, peeled and cut into 2-inch pieces
1 large green pepper, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
1 can (about 15 ounces) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Coat the pork with the flour.
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned, stirring often. Remove the pork from the skillet.
Stir the broth, chili powder, cumin, hot pepper sauce and garlic in the skillet and heat to a boil.
Stir the broth mixture, pork, tomatoes, potatoes, pepper, onion and beans in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.
Time-Saving: The recipe may also be cooked on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
