2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound broccoli rabe, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 5 cups)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 3/4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth (Regular, Natural Goodness® or Certified Organic)
1 jar (11 ounces) roasted red pepper, drained and chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves cut into thin strips
1 package (16 ounces) medium tube-shaped pasta (mostaccioli), cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli rabe and garlic and cook until the broccoli rabe is tender-crisp, stirring often.
Stir the broth, peppers and basil in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the broccoli rabe is tender, stirring occasionally.
Place the pasta into a large bowl. Add the broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Serve with the cheese.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
