1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
2 cups uncooked regular long-grain white rice
Swanson® Chicken Stock, heated or 4 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 package (16 ounces) turkey kielbasa, sliced
3/4 pound small frozen peeled, deveined, cooked shrimp, thawed
1 package (about 10 ounces) refrigerated fully-cooked Chicken breast strips (about 1 3/4 cups)




Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the rice and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Stir the broth, picante sauce and turmeric in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Stir the kielbasa, shrimp and chicken in the skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
