1 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/2 cup apricot jam or preserves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger root or 2 teaspoons ground ginger
Hot cooked egg rolls, dumplings or won tons

Heat the picante sauce, jam, soy sauce and ginger root in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil, stirring often. Reduce the heat to low. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until the mixture is reduced to a glaze.  Serve warm with the egg rolls for dipping.
Recipe Note: This sauce is also delicious for basting grilled chicken.  Make sure to discard any remaining sauce after basting the chicken.
