Reynolds® Parchment Paper
1 cup pecan halves
1 package (about 20 ounces) vanilla-flavored candy melts
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Heat the oven to 325°F.  Line a rimmed baking sheet with the parchment paper.  Place the pecans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the pecans are lightly toasted, stirring once halfway through baking.  Let the pecans cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Heat the candy melts in a medium microwavable bowl in the microwave according to the package directions until they're melted and smooth.   Stir the pecans, cranberries and nutmeg in the bowl.
Spread the pecan mixture to 1/4-inch thick on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.  Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.  Break the bark into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
