Turkey Dinner Packet
Got lots of post-holiday leftovers?  Aluminum foil is the secret to making these individual packets that combine just the right amount of your favorite holiday dishes.  You can freeze and reheat the packets whenever you want to enjoy those mouthwatering holiday foods without all the fuss.

2 cups prepared Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
4 sheets (12 x 18-inches each) Reynolds® Everyday® Heavy Duty aluminum foil
12 slices cooked turkey
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell's® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy
1/2 teaspoon dried sage leaves or dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup dried cranberries




Heat the oven to 450°F.
Place 1/2 cup stuffing and 1/2 cup potatoes on the center of each sheet of Reynolds Wrap® Everyday® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Top each with 3 slices of turkey. Stir the gravy, sage and pepper in a small bowl and spoon the mixture over the turkey. Sprinkle with the cranberries.
Bring up the sides of the foil on each packet. Double fold the top and ends to seal the packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place the packets on a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
Make-Ahead: The unbaked packets can be frozen for up to 4 weeks. Label and date the packets with a permanent marker before freezing. Bake the frozen packets on a baking sheet in an oven heated to 450°F. for 35 minutes or until the mixture is hot.
Leftovers: This is a great way to use up your holiday leftovers!
