Roast Pork with Citrus Molasses Au Jus

1 pork tenderloin (about 1 pound)
2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves or dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Swanson® Chicken Stock or 1 1/2 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped shallot or onion
2 medium orange, peeled and cut into sections

Heat the oven to 425°F. Brush the pork with 1 teaspoon oil. Season with the rosemary and ground black pepper. Place the pork into a roasting pan.
Roast for 20 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. Remove the pork from the pan and let stand for 10 minutes.
Stir the cornstarch, broth, orange juice, molasses and brown sugar in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
Heat the remaining oil in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet. Cook and stir until the mixture boils and thickens. Stir in the oranges and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Serve the orange mixture with the pork.
