Peanut Butter Fudgies
These tasty treats, made with peanut butter, cocoa powder and rolled oats, cook on the stove top and cool in the fridge.  They're sweet and satisfying!

2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Butter (1 stick)
1/2 cup Jif® peanut butter
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats

Stir the sugar and cocoa powder in a 3-quart saucepan. Gradually add the milk and stir until the mixture is smooth.
Add the butter. Heat over high heat to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring often. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Add the peanut butter and stir until the mixture is smooth. Stir in the rolled oats and mix well.
Drop the peanut butter mixture onto waxed paper, using 2 teaspoons, making 42 candies in all. Cool the candies thoroughly
