1 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast, cubed
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) stewed tomatoes
1 package(8 ounces) corn bread mix
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
1 can (4 ounces) green chilies, chopped

Dredge turkey cubes in combined taco seasoning mix and flour mixture. Reserve remaining mixture.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Sear meat cubes in batches being careful not to burn. Remove.

Adding more oil to the skillet if necessary, saute onions and garlic. Stir in tomatoes (breaking up large pieces) and the remaining flour seasoning mixture. Add the turkey cubes and bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low.

In a medium bowl combine cornbread mix and cheese. In a separate bowl combine milk, egg and chilies; add milk mixture to cornbread mixture. Stir just until blended. Lightly oil a 9-X 9-inch pan. Pour in meat mixture. Top with cornbread mixture. Bake at 400 degrees F. 25 to 30 minutes or until cornbread is lightly browned and pulling away from edges of pan.
