Shrimp Pizza Pockets
These elegant sandwiches are really enjoyable.  They combined chopped cooked shrimp with Italian sauce and mozzarella cheese, encased in flaky puff pastry.  It's a special treat for the lunch or brunch crowd.

1 package (17.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (2 sheets), thawed according to package directions
1/2 cup Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce, or your favorite variety
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 egg, beaten
sesame seed




Heat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
Unfold 1 pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Roll the pastry sheet into a 9 x 12-inch rectangle. Cut into 2 (4 1/2 x 12-inch) rectangles. Repeat with the remaining pastry sheet, making 4 rectangles in all.
Place 2 pastry rectangles onto the prepared baking sheets and spread 1/4 cup sauce onto each to within 2-inches of the edges. Divide the shimp and cheese evenly between the rectangles. Brush the edges with the egg. Top each with the remaining pastry rectangles and crimp the edges to seal. Cut 4-inch slits in the top. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the pastries are golden brown.
