8 4-5 inch portabella mushrooms, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 12 inch prepared pizza crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute sausage over medium-high heat using the back of a spoon to break up the sausage. Cook until brown and heated through about 6 minutes. Remove sausage from the pan and add the sliced portabellas to the skillet. Saute over medium heat for about 4 minutes until mushrooms are softened then season with salt and pepper. Remove mushrooms from the pan. Brush ready-made pizza crust with olive oil. Spread marianara sauce over the pizza crust. Sprinkle 3/4 cup mozzarella on top of the sauce followed by the portabellas and sausage. Sprinkle reamining 1/4 cup of mozzarella, crushed red pepper, rosemary, and Italian parsley over the pizza. Bake pizza for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crisp.
