1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed French Onion Soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 boneless beef sirloin steak, 3/4-inch thick*, cut into very thin strips (about 1 pound)
4 cups broccoli florets
1 medium red pepper, cut into 2-inch-long strips (about 1 1/2 cups)
Hot cooked rice

Stir the soup, soy, ginger, garlic and cornstarch in a small bowl until the mixture is smooth.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until it's well browned and the juices evaporate, stirring often. Remove the beef from the skillet.
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli and pepper and cook until they're tender-crisp. Return the beef to the skillet. Stir the soup mixture in the skillet. Heat to a boil. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Serve over rice.

Tip: *To make slicing easier, freeze the beef for 1 hour.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
