Simmered Chicken with Olives

4 bone-in chicken breast half (about 2 pounds)
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Vegetable Oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
Prego® Marinara Italian Sauce or 1 jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
1/2 cup sliced pitted ripe olive
1/2 of a 1-pound package spaghetti, cooked according to package directions (about 4 cups)
Chopped fresh Parsley

Sprinkle the chicken with the pepper. Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it's well browned on both sides.
Add the Italian sauce and olives and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the chicken and sauce with the spaghetti and sprinkle with the parsley, if desired.
Ingredient Note: If desired, remove the skin from the chicken before browning.
