1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can (about 2 ounces) flat anchovy, drained
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
1 clove garlic, cut in half
6 cups romaine lettuce torn in bite-size pieces
2 green onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Zesty Italian Croutons

Place the oil, mayonnaise, anchovies, vinegar, water and garlic in a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
Toss the lettuce, onions, cheese, croutons and dressing mixture in a large bowl until evenly coated.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
