Chicken Salad Sandwiches
Canned chicken makes it easy and tasty...but it's the pickles that give these easy-to-make sandwiches a real flavor zing!

1 can (4.5 ounces) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
4 slices Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 100% Whole Wheat Bread
lettuce leaves
4 dill or bread and butter pickle sandwich slices




Stir the chicken, mayonnaise and onion in a medium bowl.

Divide the chicken mixture between 2 bread slices.  Top with the lettuce, pickle slices and remaining bread slices.
You can also use Pepperidge Farm® FarmhouseTM Hearty White Bread instead of the Whole Wheat bread.
Substitute Swanson® Premium White & Dark Chunk Chicken, drained, for the chicken breast.
Try adding 1/4 cup chopped celery to the chicken mixture for a little extra crunch.
