Mexican Turkey Loaf

1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 cup chunky salsa, hot & thick
1 can (4 ounces) green chilies
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
Vegetable cooking spray
4 tablespoons chunky salsa
4 tablespoons non-fat imitation sour cream




In medium-size bowl combine turkey, chips, salsa, chilies, oregano, pepper and egg.

Shape turkey mixture into 6-inch round loaf and place in 9-inch pie plate coated with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake in 350 degrees F. oven 50 to 60 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in center.

To serve, cut loaf into 4 wedges and top each with 1 tablespoon salsa and 1 tablespoon sour cream.
