Swanson® Chicken Stock or 1/4 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 pork tenderloin (about 7 ounces)

Stir the broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, oil, garlic powder, ginger and red pepper in a shallow, nonmetallic dish or gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add the pork and turn to coat. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally during the marinating time. Remove the pork from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the pork into a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
Recipe Note: For 4 servings, use a 1-pound pork tenderloin and double all other ingredients.
