Simple Chicken & Pasta Primavera
Here's a super-tasty way to get everyone to eat their vegetables...pasta, chicken and vegetables in a creamy, cheesy sauce - delish!

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups broccoli florets
2 medium carrots, sliced (about 1 cup)
1 1/4 cups elbow pasta or 1 3/4 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta, cooked and drained
2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained




Heat the soup, milk, cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, broccoli and carrots in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir the pasta and chicken in the saucepan and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
