Skillet Pork Chops & Beans
This 30-minute dish uses prepared pork and beans, together with celery, onion and brown sugar to add flavor and substance to sautéed pork chops.

Vegetable cooking spray
2 boneless pork chop, 3/4 inch thick (about 1/2 pound)
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 can (11 ounces) Campbell's® Pork and Beans
2 teaspoons packed brown sugar




Spray an 8-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the pork chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Remove the skillet from heat and spray with the cooking spray. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the onion and celery and cook until they're tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the pork and beans and brown sugar and heat to a boil. Return the pork chops to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through.
