1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 ounces snow peas (about 1 1/3 cups)
1 small green or red Pepper, cut into 2-inch long strips (about 1 cup)
1 medium onion, cut into wedges
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 jar (12 ounces) Campbell's® Slow Roast Turkey Gravy
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cups cooked turkey cut into strips
2 packages (3 ounces each) chicken flavor ramen noodle soup

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.  Add the snow peas, pepper, onion and ginger and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir the gravy, honey, soy sauce and turkey in the skillet.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Prepare the noodles according to the package directions with the seasoning packets.  Drain the noodles well in a colander.  Serve the turkey mixture over the noodles.
