Santa Fe Pizza Stacks
Looking for something fun, creative and really tasty?  Try these tortillas layered with Italian sauce, cheese, pepperoni and olives.  Cut into wedges, it's a mouthwatering combination of your favorite Italian and Mexican flavors.

8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Prego® Tomato Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce or 2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce
Cheddar cheese (about 8 ounces) or 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package (about 3.5 ounces) sliced pepperoni (about 1 cup)
1 can (about 2.25 ounces) sliced pitted ripe olive
1 small green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup)




Place 2 tortillas on a greased baking sheet. Spread 1/4 cup sauce over each tortilla to within 1/2-inch of the edge. Top each with 1/4 cup cheese and 8 to 10 pepperoni slices. Repeat the layers twice.
Top each with the remaining tortillas. Spread 1/4 cup sauce over each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Top each stack with 1/4 cup cheese, half the olives and half the green pepper.
Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes or until the stacks are hot. Cool for 10 minutes. Cut each stack into 4 wedges.
