Cheesy Potato Topper
Cheese and potatoes...it's such an appetizing combination.  So imagine how good baked potatoes taste when they're topped with a hot and bubbling cheese sauce...it's so easy and really good.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup milk
4 hot baked potato, split




Heat the soup and milk in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the soup mixture over the potatoes.

Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
Flavor Variation: for a Dijon Broccoli Cheese version, add 1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard and 1 cup cooked broccoli florets to the soup mixture and heat as directed above in a 3-quart saucepan.
Flavor Variation: to make this a main dish, add 1 cup cubed cooked chicken or turkey and 2 cups cooked broccoli cuts to the soup mixture and heat as directed above in a 3-quart saucepan.
Alternate Preparation: for a quick microwavable side dish, omit the milk.  Divide 1 cup cooked broccoli florets among the potatoes.  Spoon the soup directly from the can over the broccoli.  Microwave on a microwavable plate on HIGH for 4 minutes or until hot.
