Dijon Broccoli & Swiss Potato Topper
Swiss cheese and Dijon-style mustard combine to give great flavor to these broccoli topped baked potatoes.  They make a great side dish, or a meatless lunch.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
Cheddar cheese or 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups cooked broccoli florets
4 hot baked potato, split




Heat the soup, cheese, mustard, black pepper and broccoli in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
Spoon the broccoli mixture over the potatoes.
Ingredient Note: To bake the potatoes, pierce the potatoes with a fork. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes or bake at 400°F. for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
