Pork Chops with Mushrooms
Tired of the same old pork chops?  Italian sauce seasoned with mushrooms and oregano makes these sautéed pork chops different and delicious.

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 boneless pork chop, 1-inch thick (about 1 1/4 pounds)
6 ounces sliced mushrooms (about 2 cups)
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
Prego® Roasted Garlic & Herb Italian Sauce or 2 cups Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce

Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chops and cook for 10 minutes or until they're well browned on both sides. Remove the chops from the skillet and set aside.
Add the mushrooms and oregano and cook until the mushrooms are tender. Add the Italian sauce and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Return the chops to the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until the chops are cooked through.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with steamed broccoli florets.
