3 pounds small mushrooms
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon parsley
3 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon basil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon instant onion
1 pound beef
1/2 pound veal
1/2 pound ground pork
1/2 pound butter

Wash and drain mushrooms. Melt butter on two cookie sheets, 1/4 lb. on each. Mix remaining ingredients and stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. Place mushrooms on buttered cookie sheets. Insert toothpick (if desired) into each stuffed cap and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes depending on size of mushrooms. Remove and drain on paper towel. Serve hot.
