Mushroom Dijon Burgers
Served on croissants, these easy-to-make burgers are topped with Swiss cheese and a flavorful mushroom-Dijon sauce.  They may be an elegant way to prep a burger...but they're so good, even the guys will gobble them up.

1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 croissant, split
6 red onion slice




Shape the beef into 6 (1/2-inch thick) burgers.
Cook the burgers in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned on both sides.  Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, water and mustard in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
Place the cheese on the burgers and cook until the cheese is melted.  Serve the burgers and sauce on the croissants.  Top with the onion.
