Easy Spinach Stuffing Casserole

4 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 package (about 10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Stir 1/2 cup stuffing and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
Stir the soup, sour cream, onion powder, spinach and cheese in a large bowl. Add the remaining stuffing and mix lightly. Spoon the spinach mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle the reserved stuffing mixture evenly over the top.
Bake at 350°F. for 35 minutes or until the spinach mixture is hot and bubbling.
Ingredient Note: To thaw the spinach, microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes, breaking apart with a fork halfway through heating.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
