Savory Skillet Chicken & Rice

1 tablespoon butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast half (about 1 pound), cut into cubes
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cans (8 ounces each) cut green beans, drained
2 cups uncooked instant white rice




Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until well browned, stirring often.
Stir the soup, milk, onion, thyme and black pepper in the skillet and heat to a boil.  Reduce the heat to low.  Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir in the beans and rice. Cover the skillet and remove from the heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.

The Zesty Citrus-Thyme Marinade really makes this recipe. The kabobs go nicely over a bed of rice -brown basmati and wild rice would be a good blend. Heat the remaining marinade and drizzle on top of the kabobs before serving to flavor the rice as well.
