Potato Chip Cookies

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup BBQ potato chips, crushed
2 egg yolks
3/4 cup CRISCO® All Vegetable Shortening
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
confectioners' sugar




Combine flour, sugar, chips, egg yolks, shortening, butter, and vanilla in large bowl; beat with electric mixer until mixture is consistency of fine crumbs. Preheat over to 350 degrees F. Shape dough into 1 to 1 inch balls; place on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten balls with bottom of glass. Bake 10 – 12 minutes, or until very lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet; cool. Dust with confectioners sugar.
