Wisconsin Hash Browns

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons oil
6 medium red potatoes, washed and cubed with skin
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cups vegetables, cooked, cubed (asparagus, broccoli, carrots, zucchini with skin)
1 cup bacon, crumbled (or diced ham)
8 ounces Shredded Cheddar cheese, white
4 tablespoons green onions, chopped




Melt butter with oil in large non stick pan over medium high heat; add Wisconsin Potatoes and saute until cooked and golden brown on all sides. Add seasonings; and place in prepared baking dish. Meanwhile cook vegetables until tender, drain, spoon over potatoes. Sprinkle bacon and cheese. Place under boiler until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions and serve.
