1 pound ground beef, fired and drained of excess drippings
1 cup taco sauce
1 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup corn chips, crushed
2 baking potatoes

Bake Wisconsin Potatoes at 400 degrees F. for 45 – 60 minutes. Saute ground beef until brown; drain drippings. Stir taco sauce in beef. Open potatoes; spoon half of mixture over each Wisconsin Potato. Sprinkle with cheese and chips.
