Sunny Citrus Chicken

3 pounds chicken, quartered
1 lemon
1 lime
1 orange
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Grate rest of the lemon, lime and half the orange into a medium bowl. Add juice from lemon, lime and orange, olive oil, garlic, salt and cayenne. Mix well. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.

To grill, remove chicken from marinade and place on a grid 4 to 6 inches from a hot fire. Turn and baste with marinade every 10 minutes, until chicken is golden-brown and cooked through, about 15 minutes for white meat and 30 minutes for dark.
