Wine Basted Lamb Sirloin Steaks
You can use non-alcoholic wine if you choose.

1 1/4 pounds steak, lamb, sirloin or center leg
1/2 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon grated onion




In a glass or non-aluminum pan, combine soy sauce, orange marmalade, wine, ginger and onion. Place steaks in marinade; turn to coat both sides. Marinate 2-24 hours turning occasionally. Broil or grill 4 inches from source of heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until lamb reaches desired degree of doneness. Baste with marinade throughout cooking. Discard any left over marinade.
