Broiled Mushrooms
Serve these mushrooms as an appetizer or a side dish.

1 pound large fresh mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon Crisco® Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 dash paprika




Remove stems from mushrooms. Arrange mushroom caps, stem-side-down on a broiler tray. Combine butter, oil and salt; brush over mushrooms. Broil 2 or 3 minutes. Turn stem-side-up, brush with butter mixture; broil until tender. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice, chopped parsley and paprika.
