Steak Soft Tacos

2 (approximately 12 ounces each) boneless beef chuck shoulder steaks, cut 3/4 to 1-inch thick
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing, prepared
2 tablespoon fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
lettuce, thinly sliced, optional
tomato, chopped, optional
sour cream, optional
guacamole, optional
12 small flour tortillas, warmed

Combine the Italian dressing, cilantro and chili powder. Place steaks and marinade in food-safe plastic bag, turning steaks to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight; turning occasionally

Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 14 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.

Carve steaks into slices. Season with salt, as desired. Serve in tortilllas with toppings, if desired.
