2 cups loosely packed basil leaves, rinsed and dried
1/3 cup olive oil
2 medium-size garlic, crushed
3 tablespoons pine nuts
Salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tablespoons Grated Parmesan cheese

Put the basil, oil, garlic, pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste into a blender or food processor and process to form a paste. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Stir in the cheese.
