Vegetarian Ranch Taco Salad

1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing, dry, mix
1 tablespoon taco seasoning, dry, mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise, fat-free
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1 package (10 ounces) mixed salad greens
1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, leaves
1 cup jicama, peeled, julienned
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained
1 cup mango, peeled and cut into cubes
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped, dry, roasted
lime, wedges
tortilla chips




Combine dry salad seasoning mixes, milk and mayonnaise; whisk until well blended. Set aside.

Combine salad greens, cilantro, jicama, beans and mango in large salad bowl.
Top with peanuts. Serve with dressing, lime wedges and tortilla chips.
