1 pound spaghetti, or thin spaghetti, uncooked
6 ounces turkey bacon, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 cup liquid egg substitute
2/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Prepare the pasta according to the package directions.

While the pasta is cooking, cook the bacon and garlic in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat for 3 to 4 minutes until the garlic is aromatic and the bacon is lightly browned.

Add the wine, increase the heat, bring the wine to a boil and cook until it has reduced by about half.

Pour into a large serving bowl and let the sauce cool for about 5 minutes. Stir in the egg substitute and the parsley.

When the pasta is done, drain it well and add it immediately to the bacon mixture. Add the Parmesan cheese and toss quickly. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper and serve.
