Chinese Chicken Pasta Salad
You can make this a day ahead and refrigerate it--perfect for those "no-time-to-cook nights!"

1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, (optional)
3 cups cooked, drained rotini
2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped red pepper
1 cup snow pea pods
1/4 cup sliced green onion




Mix the salad dressing, soy sauce, and seasonings in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Cover and refrigerate for serveral hours or overnight. Serve chilled or at cool room temperature.
