1/2 cup Crisco® Vegetable Oil
3 tablespoons steak sauce
3 tablespoons dry sherry
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
4 pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick
1 medium-size onion, thinly sliced

Combine all but 1 tablespoon of the oil with the steak sauce, sherry, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and marjoram in a glass or ceramic bowl. Stir until well mixed and then add the pork chops. Turn to coat, cover and marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Turn the chops occasionally.

Remove the chops from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels. Reserve the marinade.

Heat a microwave browning dish on High (100 percent) for 5 minutes. Carefully sprinkle the dish with the reserved tablespoon of oil and lay the pork chops on top. Microwave on High (100 percent) for 1 minute on each side. Pour the marinade over the chops and top with the sliced onion. Cover and microwave on Medium (50 percent) for 18 to 22 minutes, turning the chops over after 10 minutes, until the meat is tender and juices run clear.
