Roasted Garlic Potatoes

12 ounces red potatoes, (about 4 potatoes)
1 tablespoon minced garlic, roasted (precut)
1/4 cup water




Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a 9-inch pie pan with aluminum foil.

Quarter each potato.

Place the potatoes into the pan, skin side down, and sprinkle with the garlic. Pour the water into the bottom of the pan, around the potatoes. Cover and bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes, until fork-tender
